Return and Refund Policy

Products which offer free demonstration or evaluation versions are NOT refundable - unless the product documentation explictly grants a refund option.

If you are entitled to a refund then the following rules apply:

  1. Contact us within 10 days of your purchase. Please attach the receipt you received for your purchase.
  2. Refunds will only be made to the credit card which was used for the purchase.
  3. You are required to destroy all copies of the software upon refund.

Note: Some of the software available at Atozed Purchase Point may connect to a license server to enforce valid licenses.

Due to the nature of software and online sales, this policy is strictly enforced. This policy is compliant to the EU "Distance Selling Directive" which details a general right to withdraw from the contract. The EU directive is targeted at consumers (i.e. not businesses), and it explicitly states that the consumer may not withdraw from the contract if the sold good was computer software, and was unsealed by the consumer. As all of the software available at Atozed Purchase Point is delivered electronically, the software is assumed to be unsealed in the moment of delivery, i.e. it is not refundable with the exception mentioned above.
